Less smell of urine on the streets and sidewalks? Now that sounds like a great idea. Plus, nobody should have to search and search for a place to use the restroom or get a drink of water. Providing a place that allows the homeless a little dignity and privacy when they need to use the restroom would also boost their self-esteem and help them maintain a better standard of cleanliness and self-respect, which would be huge in getting them back on their feet.
